ADM is not a medical billing company. It is the independent operational and practice management services arm of SCA, a group of over 80 Dermatologists, Nurse Practitioner’s and Physician Assistants, practicing at more than 30 locations in Florida. SCA also has a state-of-the-art, fully staffed and certified dermatopathology laboratory and three full time board certified dermatopathologists providing dermatopathology services exclusively for the physicians of SCA. The sole mission of ADM is to serve and advance the interests of the physicians and staff of SCA.
The practice management team at ADM is led by an outstanding team of Dermatologists and business professionals whom cumulatively represent over 100 years of expertise. The business and medical team is comprised of: Reuven Porges, MD. Chief Executive Officer, Darlene Tomlinson, MBA, MHL, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer; and Michael L. Nestor, BA ISD, Vice President Information Systems as well as Daniel Siegel, MD and Mark S. Nestor, M.D., Ph.D. David Wagener, MBA, acts as senior advisor to the CEO and COO as well as the Skin and Cancer Medical Group. The overall management and clinical direction of ADM is set by its board of directors.
Physicians of SCA receive comprehensive service and support of their in office day-to-day practice operations from ADM’s centralized business office resulting in significant improvement in effectiveness and efficiency as well as cost savings in key areas. Our central business office acts as an extension of each physician’s office. We seamlessly integrate turn-key services for all practice management components that take place in the clinical setting including patient scheduling, patient registration, insurance verification, and point of service collections, provided with full IT support through a secure wide area network. Additionally, your office interfaces with ADM centralized operations for human resources, payroll, contracting and credentialing, risk management, general financial statement accounting and accounts payable, group discounts, and information technology to simplify the business process for each physician. Our centralized billing and collections also acts as an extension of each office, providing a superior level of customer service to patients who call us for help resolving their accounts.
